Ghost born children are born somewhere in between the human world and ghost world. they always have a visible form though ever so rarely a ghost born child is born with the ability to turn invisible. Ghost born children that are born exactly halfway in between the two worlds or more on the ghost side are mute, they can speak but they need some sort of energy from something in the human world be it a plasma lamp or a living creature it doesn't matter.
